1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Except where required by applicable law, tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket fees, booking fees, service charges, processing fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by Habibi Shik Shok and is not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price.
Refunds shall not include:
* Travel expenses
* Accommodation expenses
* Visa costs
* Transportation costs
* Other personal expenses
3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets shall remain valid for the new date.
Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Event Changes
Refunds will not be issued for:
* Artist lineup changes
* Schedule changes
* Running order changes
* Supporting act changes
* Venue changes within the same city
* Event format adjustments
Such changes are considered part of normal event operations.
5. Customer Non-Attendance
No refunds shall be issued if a ticket holder:
* Chooses not to attend
* Misses the event
* Arrives late
* Is unable to attend for personal reasons
* Experiences travel difficulties
* Experiences visa issues
6. Refused Admission
No refund shall be issued where admission is denied or an attendee is removed from the event due to:
* Violation of event rules
* Illegal activity
* Dangerous behavior
* Harassment
* Safety concerns
* Failure to comply with venue policies
7. Duplicate, Lost, or Stolen Tickets
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Lost tickets
* Stolen tickets
* Damaged tickets
* Copied tickets
* Shared ticket credentials
* Unauthorized ticket use
8. Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available where an event is affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, including but not limited to:
* Natural disasters
* Severe weather
* Government restrictions
* Public health emergencies
* Security incidents
* Venue closure
* Transportation disruptions
The Organizer reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies in such circumstances.
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where refunds are approved, they will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
