1. General
These Ticket Terms apply to all tickets sold by Habibi Shik Shok through our website, authorized ticketing partners, or approved sales channels.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Ticket Terms.
2. Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one admission only unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified on the ticket.
3. Entry Requirements
Ticket holders may be required to present:
* Valid ticket
* Ticket QR code
* Government-issued identification
* Proof of purchase
Failure to provide required documentation may result in denied entry.
4. Ticket Holder Responsibility
The ticket holder is responsible for safeguarding their ticket and ticket information.
Lost, stolen, copied, shared, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.
The Organizer is not responsible for unauthorized use of ticket credentials.
5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may only be transferred if permitted by the Organizer or ticketing platform.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry where ticket ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
6. Duplicate Tickets
Only the first ticket presented with a valid ticket code or QR code will be admitted.
Any duplicated, copied, forged, altered, or fraudulent tickets shall be invalid and may be cancelled without refund.
7. Event Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify:
* Event schedules
* Running order
* Artist lineup
* Performance times
* Venue layout
* Event format
Such modifications do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
8. Artist Lineup
Artists, performers, speakers, DJs, hosts, and guests may be changed, substituted, delayed, or withdrawn without prior notice.
Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
9. Admission Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for:
* Dangerous behavior
* Harassment
* Violence
* Illegal activity
* Disruptive conduct
* Safety concerns
* Violation of venue or event rules
10. Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in delayed admission or restricted access depending on venue operations and safety requirements.
No refund will be issued for late arrival.
11. Re-entry
Re-entry is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.
Additional security checks may be required.
12. Photography and Recording
By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be captured.
The Organizer may use such materials for promotional, marketing, archival, editorial, and documentary purposes without compensation.
13. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
14. Health and Safety
All attendees must comply with venue regulations, safety instructions, and directions provided by event staff.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
15. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for event cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
* Extreme weather
* Natural disasters
* Government restrictions
* Public health emergencies
* Security threats
* Venue closure
* Transportation disruptions
16. Ticket Cancellation
Tickets remain subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
Except where required by law or expressly stated by the Organizer, tickets are non-refundable.
17. Commercial Use
Tickets may not be used for:
* Advertising
* Promotions
* Competitions
* Commercial resale
* Hospitality packages
without prior written consent from Habibi Shik Shok.
18. Governing Law
These Ticket Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising in connection with tickets or attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
